⬚ to toggle a row's placeholder status, ＋row / ＋theme to insert. When done,
⬇ data.json and commit it to publish — the electronic pages always regenerate
from that file, and every page keeps its paper scan reference.

The paper scan is the untouched source of truth; the electronic version is its
modifiable digital replica. Rows marked placeholder hold spots for terms
not yet transcribed. CSV exports are for spreadsheets and downstream pipelines —
edits always flow through data.json.
